May 20, 2026 Another bike tour! This time a self-supported solo trip around the Netherlands.
I packed my bike along with a rack and some panniers, flew direct to
Amsterdam, and rode around for a week. I had a partial plan, but took some
detours to meet some locals I had met online. By the end of the week I had
seen a good portion of the country, had some good rides, survived some tough
weather, and saw why the country is known for having great infrastructure
and well designed and built cities!
